Q. Do you pay dividends on your checking accounts?
A. Yes

Q. What fees are associated with your checking accounts?
A. None, we even offer 6 free ATM transactions per month (some other financial institutions may assess their own usage fees, which we can not control).

Q. Do you offer IRA Accounts?
A. Yes, Traditional and Roth IRA Accounts are available.

Q. What must I do to become a member of Community Credit Union?
A. Refer to Membership Eligibility Requirements.

OPERATIONAL/SERVICING QUESTIONS

Q. Where do I need to go to make any changes on my payroll or Automated Clearing House (ACH) deduction?
A. Check with us at Community Credit Union first. However, some employers require members to complete change forms for them in order to effect direct deposits or account number changes for their payroll deduction.

Q. How long will it take to get my consumer loan approved?  (Check our Rates.)
A. Normally one business day. Turnaround for Electronic Loan Application can take two days.

Q. How do I become a member?
A. Please refer to Eligibility Requirements Section.

Q. Can I get a lower rate if I have direct deposit into a Community Credit Union account?
A. Yes. In addition you can save up to one quarter of a percent of the annual percentage rate on Auto and Home Equity Loans.

Q. Do I need a savings account to apply for a new loan?
A. You can apply for a loan as a non-member, but membership must be established prior to closing the loan.

Q. Can I automatically make a payment from my savings or checking?
A. Yes, transfers are available from Statement Savings, Money Market Statement Accounts, and Checking Accounts.
